Let them enjoy in our Hotel, make friends and chill out while you do so as well.
There’s no need to bring their food, as their daily meals are included within the prices. Our dog hotel diet consists in high quality and natural food. However, feeding depends on your pet´s specific needs so we recommend to bring their own if your dog suffers from stomach issues. We also recommend to bring their own bedding, as they will feel more like home.
Same works for the rest of pets hosted.
Peace of mind with a weekly video sent via WhatsApp to check on your pet and our 24h surveillance, veterinary and supervision.
Health Card or Pet Passport (up-to-date) are mandatory for hosting services.

To host this kind of pets is needed to bring it’s own cage, terrarium, etc. - Others: Check availability and conditions.
During peak season (Easter, Summer and Christmas), our prices could increase.
If pills or medical treatments are required during their stay, our prices could increase.
We have Special Discounts:
- Long Stay (from 15 nights onward).
- Owners with more than one pet hosted.
In cases where pets need medication or cures, the price may be increased per night.
Sundays and Festivities: Even though pets are attended 24h a day every day of the year, the Hotel will remain closed to the public on Sundays and party days. Only under exceptional circumstances or urgency matters, opening hours can be more flexible, charging an extra fee added to the total budget.
